Delivery Times
Our foraged pieces and some of our artwork and jewellery pieces are ready to go and will be sent within 2-3 days of ordering.
Our Made To Order pieces will take approximately 5-6 weeks to make and post.
Delivery Prices and Services
All orders from the UK are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. We use this because it fully insures all our pieces and is the only service to do so within the UK over a value of £50.
Postage is not included and will be added seperately during the checkout process.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed is fully trackable and insured, parcels are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the day after being posted and require a signature. If there is no-one available to accept the parcel, a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery or collection.

All orders placed in Europe/rest of the world are sent via Royal Mail International (Tracked & Signed) and can be added at checkout for £19.00.

Customs & Excise
International customers are responsible for any/all duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country.
These charges are beyond my control, and are at the discretion of border control at the country in question.
Returns
We hope you will love your piece from the Spirited Bird Society however if you are not happy with your purchase I am happy to refund your order within 14 days of the date of the receipt of the piece.
All returned pieces must be in the same condition as they were when sent and in their original packaging.
Once I have received the piece and the condition has been approved a full refund will be issued (minus the original postage paid).
I would recommend returning items using a fully insured and signed for shipping option as we will not be able to refund items that are lost or damaged in the post.
For international returns, customs duties/taxes must be paid for by the customer. These will be invoiced at cost.
